What is your order cancellation policy?

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST ship the same business day, so timing matters.

Our team reviews every cancellation request and will get back to you. If your order has already shipped, you can still return it under our return policy: ship it back within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
