What is your return policy?

LGXNDS stands behind everything we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the results you experience, you can return it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be shipped back within 30 days of the original purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return request is approved, your refund is processed within 7 business days after the product is received at our facility. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.

LGXNDS reserves the right to decline returns at its discretion. Misuse or abuse of this policy may result in a declined refund.
